Our story

It started with crumbs
stolen off the pan.

Hui Ying is the kind of person who can’t wait for a brownie to cool. She picks the edges, nibbles the corner, licks a finger clean — and swears it’s always better straight from the tin. Friends started asking for boxes. The physiotherapist asked for a box. So we started a little bakery.

Everything is made in our London kitchen in small batches. No shortcuts on good butter, proper chocolate or matcha. If it isn’t worth a second bite, it doesn’t leave the kitchen.
